  • How much do I pay to sign up?​​

    • You have options either paying monthly fees or annual fee with discount. We accept cash, and all major forms of credit card or debit cards​. 

  • Can I enroll the automatic payment?

    • Yes. It is encouraged to enroll our auto pay system to avoid disruptions in getting services.​

  • When can I start using the membership benefits?

    • Unlike traditional insurance we do not require waiting period. You can start using IMMEDIATELY.​

  • Can I add my family member?

    • Yes. You can add many as you want. Please ask for additional discount if you add members in your account.​

  • How do I make an appointments?

  • Can I cancel my membership?

    • You can cancel the membership anytime. 

  • Can I get refund?

    • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances including missing your appointments or failure in making your appointment. ​

  • What happens when I miss my appointment?

    • It is your responsibility to make and maintain your appointment. Please refer to our no-show policy.
